Eclipse EMF Transaction 1.10.0

This document describes the EMF Transaction 1.10.0 release in the Mars Simultaneous Release. This marks the eleventh consecutive year that EMF Transaction has had a June release for the Eclipse Simultaneous Release. This is a minor maintenance release that maintains compatibility with the Eclipse platform and the other dependent projects in the yearly release.
