Eclipse Temurin® 2021.07.07

This release comprises a coincidental publish of the first Eclipse Temurin binaries.

The binaries will be based upon OpenJDK 8u code level tagged as "jdk8u292-ga". That is the April 21, 2021 GA code level.

Supported platforms will be MacOS 64-bit Intel, Windows 64-bit Intel, and Linux 64-bit Intel.
